1. Entrants to this prize draw must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK.

2. Employees of Top Dog Suds Limited or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter the prize draw.

3. This competition starts on Monday 01 Aug and closes at 11:59pm on 1st Oct 23.

4. This prize draw is free to enter. Only one entry via Instagram per person.

5. Entry mechanism - follow @topdogsuds, like and share the post on Instagram, tag 2 friends that are dog lovers.

6. Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.

7. All entrants agree to their names and comments being used for promotional purposes.

8. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter.

9. Content submitted must be original from entrant.

10. All entrants will be entered into a prize draw to win:

• Sir Barkley Sensitive Shampoo 300ml

• Lord Pawsington Aloe Shampoo 300ml

• Duke Fluffington Deep Shampoo 300ml

11. The winner will be notified via Instagram and will be notified by 02 Oct 23. This must be acknowledged by the winner, by direct message, within 72 hours.

12. Failure to respond to this means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.

13. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.

14. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary.

15. The winner will be chosen from the shortlist using online randomiser software.

16. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. The promoter will, on request, make available details of winner (surname and county of residence).

19. If you object to your surname and county being made available on request in the event of winning, you must notify the promoter by contacting team@topdogsuds.co.uk.

20. Your details can still be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority, should it request this information, to assess compliance with the CAP Code.
